Booked a service, but since had numerous time wasting calls & texts, plus online checkin process, with all information supplied disregarded. Unhelpful service personal in garage, with incorrect service time estimates.

Elliot Rusbridge and managers were very helpful. There were some issues beyond their control, but they continued to manage the process effectively and professionally. I think Mini Finance have a great deal to learn from them.

Faulty starter switch within one week , the starter switch was operating when i bought but it felt loose it then needed multiiple presses to switch on and off , should have been replaced at Dick Lovett Melksham , Marshall Mini replaced, faulty.

My only issue is with the new ground floor area where staff and customers are all in the same space. There is a TV and radio playing also, which makes it very difficult to have a quiet spot to read a book or use a PC. The first floor was quieter.

I did ask for my tyre pressures to be checked whilst the car was in, this wasn't done. Also when i booked in the car i was told that it would get a complimentary wash and vac before being handed back to me, neither was done very disappointing service

I arrived at 8 am for my waiting appointment for my back brakes. 1 1/2 hrs later I was e mailed to ask if I wanted to go ahead but I was sitting right there in reception. !!! Did not like being downstairs it was chaotic with people rushing about.

This was my first Mini service and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I had arranged to drop my car off at a specific time, but I had to wait for 50 minutes to see someone. Also, the service plan said that the car would be cleaned, but it wasn't.

Whenever I book my car in for work or an MOT it comes back with some little scuffs and marks on the bodywork, it isn't put back as it arrived, and it can't speak to anyone about my service plan or recommended items I need doing.

My daughter brought the mini in for servicing. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown. Also the parking to the centre was excellent.

Very expensive quote regarding further work to be done on my countryman. Example: £200+ to take off a washer bottle and clean it out. I found a garage who charged me £80!!

When I arrived to collect my Mini it was outside with a flat front drivers side tyre. That being said once I pointed it out to the staff it was repaired immediately. Which I really appreciated.

I would have given 5 starts but the car that I had arranged to use whilst my car was in for its MOT and service had a nail in the tyre and they didn't have another to hand. After a wait they did find one for me but due to the wait I was late for work

There is always room for improvement. £30.00 for the use of a courtesy car sticks in the craw a little bit. You pay top dollar for the car in the first place and spend around £350.00 for the service. A little good will goes a long way.
