The salesperson, Danni Cotterill, has been very efficient with paperwork, demonstrating the features of the vehicle and answering after sale questions. I find that Danni is always friendly, customer focused and ready to assist.

No problems with booking the service. I even save money when Tracey informed me that I did not need an air-conditioning service. Excellent while you wait option.

Booked it in for Service MOT and tyre check. The car was offered back to me the following morning without the service being done, as it was such low mileage - it was expected to be the following year? Maybe it was reset and didn't actually need doing

I drove away & there were still 2 service lights on. One being the tyres resetting, which was fine, the other turned out to be the MOT was about to expire. I would have thought this should have at least been mentioned & dealt with as it was last year

Convenient. Friendly helpful staff. 4 stars instead of 5 as there was nowhere to sit and wait outside, which meant sitting in air con listening to the tv that was on, and other people busy on their laptops.
