Served me promptly. Friendly and knew about the car. Helped with final decisions on exterior and seat colours. Fair price. Came and collected me on a date that suited me and ensured the personal plate was on the car. Plenty of petrol.

The service from Marshall Bournemouth was excellent - BUT, it seems that the central booking system booked in too many MOTs - so we had to wait for 3 hours - for an MOT and a break fluid change. All due to overbooking. Not the fault of Bournemouth!

Re the courtesy car. Not everyone likes electric cars and has the facilities for them. The car wasn't fully changed which was a little bit stressful. I'd have liked to know in advance I was getting electric.
