Both Adrian and Peter, our salesman, kept us informed and updated throughout the process. When we experienced a problem because of an admin error, we received a 'meal out on Mini' as compensation. Very much appreciated.

I wasnt told i would need to pay for a vallet and would have been happy to pay but didnt found out until i was leaving and was offered to take car back but had already waited 2.20 so keft it. Also price of work was different than quoted.

The car was dropped off by us a little after 0900hrs on Wed 23 Sept for a brake fluid service and the reversing camera fault. Matt was good but the problem was getting anyone to answer the phone and up date us before eventual collection 1 Oct.

I was sent away 1st time with a quote for £4000 not payable under warranty for fault with sun roof on 1yr old car. I took it to independent engineer who told me it was clearly a manufacturing fault.1 member of staff worked very hzrd on my behalf

The issue was an intermittent problem , I have hopefully had it rectified. Initial Meeting was good but would have been good to see a video of the work as I have had in previous mini servicing.

Car delivered to Dealership at an acceptable time. No delay in booking in. I was called a few hours later to say the car was ready for collection.

There was a lot of confusion re the booking- I had quite a lot of phone calls and text messages about the need to book , when it had been done!!

Because they weren't interested everyone i spoke to contradicted the last person, no one answered the phone for literally hours. And yet when I went through to a main number they picked ip straight away. Not enough characters to express my dismay

The after service is poor, I struggled to understand the vehicle health check, It said that I had 1 advisory to do with the bodywork but when I went back to the garage to get it clarified and what the cost would be, they still have not responded.

I brought my new mini in for its first service and to repair horn but it was kept for a week with false promises of when it would be ready. It was very stressful and I felt the customer service was extremely poor especially for a 'quality' brand.

Great customer service and quick service/MOT on 06/08. Tyre machine issue meant returning for a free retest, but despite calling on 13/08, am still awaiting an appointment. MOT expires 21/08 and vehicle tax cannot be renewed until the MOT is passed.

Wasnt told the check would only take 45 mins and I could book a specific time slot. Was an hour drive to dealership and had booked a courtesy car which was not necessary as ended up waiting for car.

There was a discrepancy on when the fault presented itself as was overlooked on an earlier check up but Matt was very fair and thorough with the overall resolution and costing.

Work hadn't even started at 13:45 despite dropping my car off at 08:30. When I was told the car was ready there were two 'red' advisories but there was no time to do the work. I rang numerous times the next day to book - no answer. Booked at KwikFit.

Unfortunately my car was not ready when I retuned to collect it. When I dropped the car off at 8 am I requested that I needed to pick up my car by 4 pm as I needed to pick my Granddaughter up. I was not happy and had to arrange for someone else.

Unfortunately only 1 driver available to give me a lift so was late for work. Very grateful on the pick up as was able to fetch my dog from daycare on time. The issue with the tyre wasn't fully resolved on the day so had continued issues over the w/e

I was offered a complimentary car wash and vacuum and never got one. I had to wait for ages to collect my car and it all seemed very chaotic.

The staff were polite but the atmosphere was different from previous visits. There wasn't a level of care or consideration, almost as though the staff would prefer you to not be there and wanted you in and out as quickly as possible.

My car was scratched during the service, the response I got was dismissive and rude. I was they would review CCTV and that would take 24 hours. I asked if she wanted to see the car and scratch or take a photograph. She reluctantly did. 1 week ago!
