On arrival to check the car in the reception lady was very abrupt . Unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable, again on my return to pick up was again abrupt and curt however the young lady tia who was assigned to was a delight , helpful and friendly

Car was not washed and hoovered. Car was not roadtested after service - it developed a serious misfire after about half a mile from leaving the service centre. However the fault was rectified and i was provided with alternative transport
