The whole experience was great right from the day i ordered the car. Elliot kept me updated throughout the waiting period..the hand over was done in a very professional way. Elliot spent plenty of time to explain everything about how the car works.

My previous MINI was supplied by Westerley Yeovil. As I now live in Poole it was more convenient to use a dealer 6 miles away not 50. This seemed to cause delays in the process although I was not involved and was compensated for this by the dealer.

My brand new Mini Cooper EV was delivered to my home and I noticed a rattle coming from the dashboard area when I first drove it, as the salesperson was too occupied listening to his music. Shame it took 3 visits to Mini Bournemouth to deal with it!

On arrival at the service centre, I was early, so waited patiently for it to open. Although first in the queue, several other people drove past me to check their cars in before me, I think this happened because only one of the two gates was opening.

Supposed to be a 90 minute quick MOT which it wasn't, but I thought perhaps that was due to the complimentary car wash and clean.. no, they forgot to do it. Also it still says my mot is due on my dash, which is usually updated.

Service delayed buy a faulty part which was obviously out of your hands. Delay went to third day (would have expected an update on the Second Day). After replacememt of tyres, tyre size guide not reset.
