Both Adrian and Peter, our salesman, kept us informed and updated throughout the process. When we experienced a problem because of an admin error, we received a 'meal out on Mini' as compensation. Very much appreciated.

There was a lot of confusion re the booking- I had quite a lot of phone calls and text messages about the need to book , when it had been done!!

I honestly couldn't fault the team - all really lovely. However the admin part of the process was disappointing. Glitching software caused me some unnecessary frustration.

Because they weren't interested everyone i spoke to contradicted the last person, no one answered the phone for literally hours. And yet when I went through to a main number they picked ip straight away. Not enough characters to express my dismay

The after service is poor, I struggled to understand the vehicle health check, It said that I had 1 advisory to do with the bodywork but when I went back to the garage to get it clarified and what the cost would be, they still have not responded.

I brought my new mini in for its first service and to repair horn but it was kept for a week with false promises of when it would be ready. It was very stressful and I felt the customer service was extremely poor especially for a 'quality' brand.

Wasnt told the check would only take 45 mins and I could book a specific time slot. Was an hour drive to dealership and had booked a courtesy car which was not necessary as ended up waiting for car.

Great customer service and quick service/MOT on 06/08. Tyre machine issue meant returning for a free retest, but despite calling on 13/08, am still awaiting an appointment. MOT expires 21/08 and vehicle tax cannot be renewed until the MOT is passed.

There was a discrepancy on when the fault presented itself as was overlooked on an earlier check up but Matt was very fair and thorough with the overall resolution and costing.

Work hadn't even started at 13:45 despite dropping my car off at 08:30. When I was told the car was ready there were two 'red' advisories but there was no time to do the work. I rang numerous times the next day to book - no answer. Booked at KwikFit.

Unfortunately my car was not ready when I retuned to collect it. When I dropped the car off at 8 am I requested that I needed to pick up my car by 4 pm as I needed to pick my Granddaughter up. I was not happy and had to arrange for someone else.

I was offered a complimentary car wash and vacuum and never got one. I had to wait for ages to collect my car and it all seemed very chaotic.

The staff were polite but the atmosphere was different from previous visits. There wasn't a level of care or consideration, almost as though the staff would prefer you to not be there and wanted you in and out as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately only 1 driver available to give me a lift so was late for work. Very grateful on the pick up as was able to fetch my dog from daycare on time. The issue with the tyre wasn't fully resolved on the day so had continued issues over the w/e

My car was scratched during the service, the response I got was dismissive and rude. I was they would review CCTV and that would take 24 hours. I asked if she wanted to see the car and scratch or take a photograph. She reluctantly did. 1 week ago!

Was lucky to escape without frostbite. The air-conditioning was on full throttle. They valeted car but I was left with hard water marks all over windows and brown marks on back bodywork.

I arrived unexpectedly with my very poorly mini, and the team were so helpful, it was road tested straight away by the technician. There was a problem and it was left with the centre to solve it. Meanwhile they got a curtesy car sorted same day.

Wasn't a service but a fault on my car. Fault found and fixed the next day. Mattt kept me informed all the way which was great. I did leave a message for him at reception about picking up, this wasn't passed on.

Parking is an issue. Killing time is an issue if, like I did, you wait for a service to be completed. No new cars to inspect. No "shop" to browse. You are at the bottom end of an industrial estate surrounded by 60's buildings. Coffee is nice.

When booking in for service I asked if a graze on rear barn door handle could be touched up. I checked when I dropped the car off and this was on the worksheet. DIsappointed to find it had not been completed when ready for pick up. Had to revisit.

There were inexplicable delays with MOT and review of a warning light, meaning my car was at the garage from Friday morning till Monday late pm. I constantly had to chase what was going on with very poor communication back from Marshall.

The MOT was reasonably priced (because the Cinch deal), efficiently booked & carried out. Nice free coffee. The free valet I was offered was so poor that myself & the admin lady thought it hadn't been done. The 2nd attempt was not much better

When I booked the service was I was originally told 4 hours wait time, on the day was told all day and couldn't wait for it so I went all the way home, Got a call after 2 hours to say it was ready. The car had a rattle that it didn't have before!
