My previous MINI was supplied by Westerley Yeovil. As I now live in Poole it was more convenient to use a dealer 6 miles away not 50. This seemed to cause delays in the process although I was not involved and was compensated for this by the dealer.

I found the 'paperwork' side not at all easy to navigate. All the emails and codes etc . Not everyone is tech savvy and it almost made me give up buying the car! I then had to waste my time and members of the team time so they could help me.

Supposed to be a 90 minute quick MOT which it wasn't, but I thought perhaps that was due to the complimentary car wash and clean.. no, they forgot to do it. Also it still says my mot is due on my dash, which is usually updated.

Service delayed buy a faulty part which was obviously out of your hands. Delay went to third day (would have expected an update on the Second Day). After replacememt of tyres, tyre size guide not reset.
